A young woman is the sole survivor of a terrible incident that killed her family. She finds herself in New Orleans and an unseen force begins to encroach into her life. SEX/NUDITY 5 - A young woman moans sexually while she sleeps as her sheets are pulled off by an unseen force; her hand is lifted in the air above her and it caresses her face, neck and clothed breast, she is lifted into the air as she continues to moan and bends in half backwards before being placed back on the bed unharmed. A young woman sleeping in bed moves her hand above her and caresses her own face and chest in a few scenes (she is still asleep and it seems as though something else is moving her arms and hand for her); she sees flashbacks of cult rituals and wakes up with a start.
►A young woman licks the face of another young woman while she's sleeping. A young man holds a young woman at the waist and leans down to kiss her; she pulls away, they talk, they touch hands and they kiss tenderly.
►We hear intense sexual moaning through the wall of a hotel room: a young woman presses her ear to the wall and black veining appears on the wall and it creeps onto her face and hands; we also see a shadowy figure standing in the hallway watching her.
►A husband and his wife lie in bed together (she is awake and he is asleep); she gets out of bed and we see her wearing a short negligee that reveals cleavage, bare shoulders and legs. A young woman is shown in a soaker tub while another woman bathes her (we see the woman's bare back, shoulders and knees). Light shines behind a young woman and the silhouette of her upper thighs is visible through her skirt. We see several women wearing skimpy outfits in a Mardi Gras parade; one wears what looks like a corset while cracking a flaming whip, another wears a short and low-cut top that reveals cleavage, bare back and abdomen. A young woman wears a pajama top that reveals cleavage and bare shoulders. A woman wears a low-cut dress that reveals cleavage. A man examines a young woman medically and we see her bare back when he applies EKG pads.
►Three young women talk about sex acts on first dates and one makes a comment about her date performing oral sex on her on their first date. A young woman hears a woman moaning sexually through a door as she walks passed. A young woman hears a young man's voice on the phone making a sexual suggestive remark; she hangs up and runs away from the phone.
►A man touches a young woman's back and arm in a couple of scenes and she pulls away and tells him to "stop touching me." A young man and a young woman flirt very briefly.

VIOLENCE/GORE 6 - A young man tells a young woman that he could never love her as much as someone else and then slits his own throat (we see blood on his neck as he lies dying on the floor gasping and gurgling with the young woman pressing on the wound and crying).
►A young woman with a blood splattered top sits on a man's desk; he questions her and his head begins to bleed, the door closes behind him and we see from the outside as he is slammed against the door and then presumably killed (we hear animal sounds and tearing). A young woman's eyes turn black as she closes the door of a room and we hear animal sounds before hearing tearing and a man screaming.
►A young woman imagines her dead father grabbing her and covering her mouth; he then holds a shotgun to her chest and prepares to shoot her before being struck in the head (he falls to the floor with a bloody gash on his head). We hear screaming from inside a house and a man is thrown out a window and crashes onto the ground (presumably dead; we see no blood) and we hear more screaming and see a splatter of blood on a window.
►A young woman is strapped to a table, an IV is installed in her arm (we see the needle) and a word is painted onto her abdomen in red paint before three people perform a ritual over her; a man chants over her, she sees and speaks to several people who are dead, there is loud banging on the door, and something moves under her flesh and she screams.
►We hear someone gasping and thrashing in a nearby room; a young woman goes to investigate and sees another young woman bent backwards on a bed as she gasps and thrashes and foams at the mouth (we hear cracking of bones) until other young women try to help her. A man on the street chases a young woman and grabs her arm; she yells at him and when he walks away we see him fall to the ground and begin seizing (we see him foaming at the mouth and thrashing after hearing crunching of bones and tissue). We see a video of a young woman bent in half backwards and we hear bones cracking as she breaks her own fingers (her nightgown is splattered with blood); she yells at the three other young women watching the video. A young woman sleeping moans sexually as her sheets are pulled off her bed by an unseen force; she is lifted into the air as she continues to moan and bends in half backwards before being placed back on the bed unharmed.
►A man wakes up when what he thinks is his wife climbs in with him, he speaks to her and she responds with grunts and snorts until he pulls back the covers and runs out of the room (we see that he has bloody scratches on his leg); the person in bed with him runs through the kitchen throwing things around until the man investigates and finds a young woman hiding in the kitchen, pressed against the refrigerator, and we see her hair matted and a mess, her eyes gleam unnaturally and she breathes like a frightened animal. A fly crawls out of a young woman's eye.
►A man approaches a young woman in a church and speaks to her about asking for help, he then grabs her hand and holds her in a threatening manner as birds begin crashing into the windows of the church (we see the ground strewn with bird carcasses) and dark shadows cover the windows; the young woman gets away and runs out of the church.
►A young woman strapped to a table appears to be dying; her breathing becomes labored and the heart monitor she is attached to indicates no heartbeat; she then gasps and breathes normally again. A young woman goes outside at night to meet a young man; she calls for him and searches for him, she hears noises and then a voice that frightens her and she runs back into the house.
►A woman performs a ritual to "call for protection" for a young woman and the young woman falls into a trance: she has a flashback to violent things that happened to her and we see her having a baby (bloody tissue is shown), she screams and contorts her face as flies crawl into her mouth; the room goes dark and when the lights come back on we see numerous sharp knives hanging in the air and pointing toward the woman.
►As a young woman drives along a street we see cars and trees and a fire truck burst into flames. Flames start in a room of a house; they travel along the floor and up a flight of stairs until we hear screaming from the second floor where three young women are presumably consumed by the flames (we do not see them burning).
►A woman hears a deep rumbling through a radio and her eyes flutter briefly. A young woman hears people arguing through a door as she passes by. A young woman hears voices on a radio calling to her in a couple of scenes. A young woman answers the phone and hears herself on the other end (she is frightened).
►A street performer moves abruptly and tells a young woman "You are missed" which upsets her and she runs away; when she finds a friend she turns around and the performer is standing right behind her (she is startled again). A young woman is startled by a street performer cracking a flaming whip. A young woman is startled by another young woman entering the room. A large dog barks and lunges against a fence as a young woman passes by (she is startled and jumps back away from the animal). A young woman is frightened when a telephone rings even after she has unplugged it from the wall. A young woman is startled when a picture falls off a wall near her.
►We see a few pages of etchings that depict demonic-looking beings. People make comments about someone being "possessed" and references to the "gates of hell" as we see flashes of violent acts (a teen girl is shown bent backward and covered with blood, a teen girl's neck twists unnaturally and we hear a sickening crack, we hear people screaming, etc.).
►A man yells at a young woman in a few scenes. A young woman imagines her father telling her that "He's coming for you and if he can seduce you he will be free." A young woman imagines seeing and hearing her dead father in several scenes. A young woman sitting in a soaker tub flinches and says, "He'll kill us all." A man tells a young woman that her family is dead and that she is the only survivor of a fire. A young woman tells a young man that she has never had a boyfriend but that she was pregnant and they took the baby away; she then says, "At least I think I was. I told you I was nuts." A young woman tells a man "in a week we'll probably all be dead." A young woman says of another young woman, "She's got a demon in her." A man tells a young woman that "A piece of him is still inside you and we need to break it." A man tells a young woman, "They have injected your IV with a lethal dose of morphine." People ask young woman about having been a member of a "cult in the woods." A man tells a young woman, "You decide who you are. It's your life."
►Two tigers in a zoo snarl and swat at each other. We see what could be a dead rabbit in a yard at night (no blood is seen). A tiger is shown eating a piece of raw and bloody meat in a zoo.

LANGUAGE 5 - At least 1 F-word, 4 scatological terms, 4 mild obscenities, name-calling (crazy, nuts, freaky, obtuse), 3 religious exclamations.

SUBSTANCE USE - A young woman drinks a cup of "devil's root" tea.
